This site for the Proposed New Residence for a Sydney Based family offered spectacular views over the Maroochy River to the south along with ocean views to the east. DCM was engaged to provide a contemporary open planned design with the client brief calling for the Hampton style Facade. On a sloping site we were able to capitalize on the surrounding views whilst stepping the levels to maintain a connection to the site and yard space. Due for construction to commence later in 2016.
