Set on a beachfront block in Warana, that backed onto the dunes, we were in love with this site from the outset! Hearing the sound of the waves crashing and the smell of the sea salt, we wanted to design these premium duplex residences to capitalise on these amazing aspects.

Located on a relatively busy road facing west we wanted to shut this side of the site off and make the most of the northern and more importantly eastern orientation where we could interact with the bush backdrop facing the dunes with the ocean in the background. To achieve this we developed an open plan indoor / outdoor living solution combined with a generous and extravagant Master suite above to give pride of place to the most important areas which would be used by our clients. This in addition to our signature double height void spaces and open to sky courtyard in the centre of the building made for a large light filled duplex which ticks all the boxes for our clients and resulted in 2 very spacious homes. We are delighted with the finished product.
