Proudly presenting our newly completed design project - Breeze on Bluebird.

DCM Building Design were engaged to design a signature single storey residence in Bokarina 150m from the beach. Taking full advantage of the site orientation and maximising our footprint was the biggest focus to ensure we delivered something that new home buyers in the local market were craving, a custom brand-new single storey home. Collaborating closely with our Builder / Client was an absolute pleasure and enabled us to introduce a series of bespoke details and design solutions into the home which made all the difference! This in combination with a grand sense of space which was especially showcased in the internal and external living spaces as well as the amazing Master Suite.

This house really was one of our favourite projects in 2023 and the proof was in the pudding with this house selling for a street record before final completion.
