Set on the picturesque and tranquil canals of Pelican Waters on the stunning Sunshine Coast, this truly signature design is a remarkable fusion of Contemporary Coastal aesthetics meeting Modern Industrial elements, all encapsulated within a built form that is perfectly suited for a welcoming and comfortable home. Through the thoughtful technique of showcasing the structure as the undeniable hero of the house, we were able to effectively highlight these distinctive elements and genuinely express the overarching design vision. This included the use of feature polished concrete, which is elegantly complemented by seeded white stone, as well as the unique Industrial Grade Steel Portal Frame that enables the impressive double-height open space, beautifully addressing the waterfront side of the property. The harmonious combination of these elements, alongside soft timbers, striking feature stone, aluminium accents, and sleek matt black trims, enabled the desired synergy between coastal and industrial design, and we believe this is what has made this project a truly standout residence in the surrounding area.

The innovative concept of setting down the pool and outdoor fire pit area to the same level significantly enhances the views towards the canal waterfront, making for a simply beautiful and serene outlook from the expansive ground floor entertaining areas, and provides an unmistakable sense of spaciousness.
