This signature property on the waterfront of Pelican Waters gave us an opportunity to express a new style of design. We absolutely love what has resulted and the finished product has exceeded all expectation!

Engaged to deliver a high-end waterfront design, we wanted to maximise space and light to the living area whilst really capitalising on the connection to the canal. This combined with an open plan configuration and Palm Springs theme allowed for a truly unique series of spaces throughout the dwelling as well as to the exterior of the house.

We were asked to incorporate large light-filled living space with voids and double height glazing features facing the waterfront. We decided toi us this opportunity to also provide a central bridge to the large Master Suite on the upper level which firstly covered the external alfresco space on the ground floor and also enabled the master to directly look over to the water, and overlook the pool and adjacent park.

Another key feature is the double height entry and feature two storey stone wall to the entrance of the property. Creating a grand sense of scale and volume as soon as you enter the property.
