Our client wanted us to bring our design style to the table and deliver them with a unique and bespoke two storey family home complete with a pool. They also wanted us to provide a separate home office and storage area for boards / bikes etc. What has resulted is a spacious and generous living space that typifies beachside living.

We created a separate home office and equipment storage solution at the front of the site creating a unique layout on the site.

The design provides a modern spin on coastal beach homes from the past with a signature facade that gives it a real presence from both the street and the rear yard. The polished concrete and warmth provided by the use of feature spotted gum decking and beams / screening elements bringing it to life.

With a spacious open plan living area and double height void spaces capitalising on the abundance of northern light offered to the rear of the site, combined with the desirable connection of indoor living to the outdoors, and resort-style feel of living areas overlooking the pool, gives this home a real wow factor.
